Is there anyway I can stop my tinnitus

I noticed I had tinnitus when I took Quinine tablet in October 2020 to treat malaria that always affecting almost every three months since then my ears has been ringing and never stop please is there anything I can do to stop it. I have get some advice that it will stop but haven’t stop yet

Hi Ayotomiwa I was in your shoes a year and a half ago. I would've done anything to stop the noise . It's very natural to feel this way . There's nothing you can do to stop the noise but there are several things you can do to help yourself. The first is relaxation therapy; the second is sound therapy (if your hearing is good enough) . Give them a go 🙂
