Good consultant for pulsatile tinnitus?

Hi can anyone recommend a private consultant in the UK (near London) to get me started on diagnosis and treatment for pulsatile tinnitus? I've had it for a few years and been through standard GPs and ENT, hearing test and MRI scan all showing a blank. I need someone who knows what they're doing, and ideally can get me cured!

The UK body for Ear, Nose & Throat specialists, ENT UK, has a register of surgeons which is searchable by postcode entuk.org/find-a-surgeon

As a point of contact within the NHS, you may also be interested in contacting Dr Rudrapathy Palaniappan at Uclh, whose previous publications include a 2010 paper on complex pulsatile tinnitus.

Mr Axon of Addenbrooke's Hospital Cambridge is also worth considering.
