Otomize ear spray (can it make things worse)

Hi, I'v been to the doctor today after I had sensitivity to sound return and sore ears,she said she can see some fluid behind the ear drums and prescribed me with ear spray otomize and a decongestant,has anybody used this spray because I'v read it can make tinnitus worse?

Hi there so I’m basically the exact same two weeks ago had terrible pain previously to getting this I kept having problems with ears doctor basically told me was in my head but a fortnight ago I was in agony with pain couldn’t sleep this was so bad that every 3 hours I was taking two cocodamol was the only thing that got me threw the night I managed to get appointment next day and insisted on a second opinion well low and behold it was a bad infection behind the drum said she hadn’t seen so much discharge that far back strange since the other doctor said four days previous was all in my head however now two weeks on second lot of amoxicillin which I had to fight for no joke was give alongside this optimise ear spray I’ve literally sprayed it once and within an hour maybe two I felt sick lethargic off balance I fell asleep without even knowing!! my boyfriend came home and I was an awful colour I showered for ages trying to reduce this one ☝️ spray affect And now days later I still have head ache it’s getting better but still remains this has made me feel worse than what I did in first place I’m not one for forums but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this I’m also using a nasal spray aqueus which was fine but since the ear spray effect I don’t dare use this either anyone else? Please use with caution I will never personally youse this ear spray ever again as it has gave me the fear Kindly Gill. X
