Back tooth problems
There is no evidence that a cracked or abscessed tooth could cause tinnitus. The more likely explanation is that your toothache is a source of stress which is spiking your T. The tenderness under your ear might be from an infection spreading from the tooth. Go see your dentist and sort your tooth out. Good luck!
Something similar happens to me. I wouldn't say toothache is the cause of tinnitus but it does make my tinnitus more noticeable. Whether it causes you tinnitus or not you still need to get the pain checked out.
Had a filling today , but found my TMJ joint needs looking at the hospital
I had a lower wisdom tooth extracted and almost immediately my tinnitus disappeared! ! However it came back ever so slightly, nothing compared to the frequency and volume it had been at before!
