Sudden rapid drops in SP02 that recover quickly

Hi,

Does anyone else have experience of SP02 levels dropping suddenly and then recovering quickly multiple times of day and night?

I have talked to my respiratory nurse and he changed my inhaler to trimbow which seems to be helping, but today my Bluetooth sp02 oximeter recorded 42 drop (reduction of 4% or more).

The total was only 3 minutes below 90% across all of the drops but it still worried me as this is the highest number I've seen during the day.
