bronchietasis

the only help I have is Incruse Ellipta inhaler. I do not cough up much phlegm , I also suffer from asthma and Emphysema. I have low energy levels, is this normal ?, also breathlessness even just sitting down, and a heaviness in the chest. Walking can be difficult, I have to take it slow, not what I am used to. I am 82 years old, so do not know how much of this may be age related. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi have you asked to be referred for pulmonary rehab, it really does help.and maybe a tweak of your medication is needed..
