Hi Is living near the coast/seaside better for you when you have Bronchiectasis In relation to breathing?

Hi i have been living in a seaside town

for 10and a half years and I have found my breathing has improved i have Bronchiectasis copd asthma we live a mile of the sea its great used to live in the countryside and always had trouble with my breathing I think its to do with the sea air
