Do you find doing excerise helps with your chest and brings everything up easier?? I have joined the gym but haven’t gone there yet... in hope that it helps especially when I have an infection? I have heard excerise helps but not sure if it’s true.

I'm not a gym member but do go out walking when I can. Exercise can make it easier to bring stuff up but also makes me stronger and better able to deal with everything life with bronx brings. Exercise, clearance, a good healthy diet and drinking plenty of water are the mainstay of keeping healthy with our disease. Go for it !

Hi, I find moving , stretching and gentle exercise helps as long as I don’t over stress my lungs. I would love to go to the gym but I would never cope. But well done to you if you can manage too

I only use the running machine and do fast walking! Don’t think I could manage much more than that
