pneumonia in kidney transplant patient

My mother had kidney transplant recently 3 months back. One week before when she told paining in shoulder, we took her to hospital..CT scan results shows there is small infection in right side of lung..Later they did Broncoscopy and blood culture but nothing found..My doctor stopped Imuno suppression medicine and started giving for Bacteria and Fungal related medicine for Pneumonia, but her health worsen and Now daily chest X ray shows more Shadows covering ribs..And again they did Broncoscopy but not found any thing which caused Pnemounia..She is in Ventilator since 6 days...Is anyone know such cases like why bronchoscopy did not show what kind of bacteria or fungal and even blood culture? Can anyone please help
