Hi I was diagnosed last October following ct scan, I have CI every winter and yet again this year. I'm seeing consultant end of January, but has anyone got tips on how to reduce phlegm. Fed up coughing it up all the time. I've not been back to work since October as I work front line emergency services, and I just don't want to put myself at risk of more infections. Tired and fed up is an understatement x

Hi I'm working in a hospital I asked about my risk recently with a respiratory specialist. Recently diagnosed with bronchiectasis. I also have Rheumatoid arthritis and take immunosuppessants. They said I have a slightly higher than the norm.

Maybe ask your lung specialist about this and see what they say. I will be interested to know what they say.
