Concerning ELF score

Hi after having multiple blood tests for enlarged lymph nodes in my neck, I had a scan which showed a fatty liver. This has led to me having an ELF test and my score has come back as 14!

I’ve not yet had a meeting to discuss with this my doctor although she has requested a non urgent appointment with me.

I’m so scared, any advice gratefully received.

Thanks.
