Morning everyone. Looks like it's going to be sunny today. For me another day facing uncertainty. Am I going to have a day when I'm not feeling well? Or am I going to have a good day? Who knows? Wake up, generally with severe confusion which gets progressively worse as they day goes on. Still not received a diagnosis so therefore no treatment. Has anyone got any suggestions for what I can take for this. Don't want to take Lactulose for obvious reasons. And they won't prescribe me Rifaximin as I've had no diagnosis. Advice most welcome.

Dear PastaLover53,

These are questions that your own health care professional is best placed to answer, as only they have access to your medical records.

We suggest talking your symptoms through with your own doctor or health care professional in the first instance.

Best wishes,
