I just wanted to throw this into the mix. I am interested in the role of the vagus nerve in helping with AFib / AFl etc. and wondered if the vagus nerve might also play a role in liver regeneration? 🤔

Well, it seems that it may do! "literature indicates that the autonomic nervous system [regulated by the vagus nerve] regulates liver regeneration and apoptosis." This quote from Karger medical journal: Digestion (2002) 66 (2): 79–88

I thought this might be of interest

There are many You Tubes that show simple and quick ways and exercises to support this vital nerve that seems to be unknown to many. Eg Humming (is that why repeating mantras works?), gargling, ear massage (the VN has branches in the ear), breathing, cold water.

Sounds kookie I know!
