Has anyone any idea how long repair of a mild stage of fibrosis takes, with a healthy lifestyle, no alcohol etc?

Hi Lurcher liver, read my post/bio and you can see that I was up to 19 kPa in terms of my fibroscan results. That's pretty stiff. I'm off for six months now, bloods looking great, and I am sure the fibroscan due for November will knock my socks off too. Then its back to a cautious and sensible lifestyle where alcohol is concerned. So, six months is what my specialist has told me.
