Hi everyone

does anyone know if plant butter is better than dairy butter for people with liver cirrhosis/disease or are they both a no, no.

Second question, is there an alternative to butter? Please don't say clotted cheese or avocado. You wouldn't have a chip butty with avocado lol.

I use a light mayo or cream cheese, not the same as a big blob of salty butter as spread on bread for my chip butty or toast but better than what you said. 😀
