hi Rawai, sorry you are experiencing large medical bills. From your post it’s not clear what you are asking for, what is your diagnosis? Have you been told it’s safe to travel? Are you considering returning to the UK? Do you have a liver team in the UK that you can contact for advice? When we need to get hold of someone we email the secretaries at our local liver unit who are able to speak to a consultant on our behalf, or alternatively we try and get hold of a liver nurse.
Hi No i dont have a liver team in the UK.
I am under a liver Doctor here,i see every 3 months.
My question to myself is do i stay or come back,ok its free but i love it here and did intend to see my days out here.

ok I understand. I think that will be hard for anyone to answer as its unlikely most people are familiar with the hospital system where you are. All I can say is that whilst our wonderful NHS is struggling the care my partner has received here has been great. I guess it depends on how deep your pockets are and what medical care you feel you are likely to need in the future. Also bear in mind if you have had a bleed it may not be safe for you to fly back to the UK at the moment
If you have a email address i could start there.
