Have you been diagnosed with hepatitis C and would you be interested in sharing your story with the national press to promote an NHS campaign?

The NHS has launched a new service for people to test at home for hepatitis C. To help make more people aware, we are looking for individuals in England who have lived experience of the virus and would be willing to talk about how it has impacted their lives.
