Do red splotchy palms every go away or am i blessed with them forever? I have been on Urso four months……

mine never go away and l have had red palms and red heels for over 20 years. When I’m feeling poorly my palms become even redder

I had them for about a year didn’t treat them with anything and they’ve faded away never itched or nothing just a bit unsitely. All the best
