drug induced liver injury

Hello , had any one ever damaged their liver through over the counter medications ? (Paracetamols ) can damage be caused to the liver weeks months years later after ingesting too many tablets within a month period ? (Staggered overdose ) I have had blood tests come back normal range however I really do not feel very well , I was never treated at the hospital with any antidote to prevent damage as when I had arrived there showed no sign of toxicity in my blood however I am worried I left it to long before going to the hospital so a high range of it would of already left my system to show up on blood test . I am really worried I have damaged my liver and reallt do not feel well . A urine test dip stick showed blood in my urine today but the doctors keep saying that my blood levels are showing my liver is functioning normally but I really am not feeling well , I have insomnia , bad constipation dark coloured urine dry skin and itchyness and when I went to the hospital I was having really bad pain under my ribs ( this has now gone ) the doctors keep saying my levels in blood currently are fine but can liver damage be present even with normal liver function tests. I am so scared. Can any one with any knowledge help ? Please ☹️
