high GGT and ALP

I was advised LFT, my all report was fine except GGT (160)… Since that time, I was asked for Ultrasound, multiple tests, Autoimmune tests… everything was normal.

2 years I have been getting a follow up after every 6 months… GGT high rest ok..

this time my GGT and ALP both are higher… is there anything concerning ? I am physically active and healthy … kindly help
