It turns out my husband has just been diagnosed with NAFLD.

Not that he was not supporting me but he can now properly join me me on my journey get both my liver back to normal 😊

I have NASH Fibrosis 1 and my husband has NAFLD. Apparently he was told a year ago but completely forgot about it and our GP called up asking him to come in for his yearly check to take bloods etc to make sure everything is still ok.

Hopefully this means we can support each other more through the progress of healthy eating etc 👍
