how many people have had there FIB4 or APRI. Or ELF, FIBROSURE, LIVERFAST tests Agree with FIBROSCAN results or BIOPSY Results.

I had an ELF test with a score of 9.8 which according to a doctor indicated “ risk of significant fibrosis” but then a fibroscan which gave a score 4.3 kPa or no significant fibrosis and CAP score of 270 indicating fatty liver over 33%. I was very worried after the ELF test but I’ve had 2 further scans showing similar results.

That good to hear your doing well, how long between the 2 diffrent tests and did you change anything as loose weight in between that may have lowered resujts .

Only about 6 weeks because I was so scared I did not want to wait 16 weeks for NHS referral so paid to go private. That was in January 2022.
