Diet and nutrition

I am trying to get information about the best diet and what I should be eating. I have tried to go through my consultant and I cannot get in touch with my GP to request a referral to a dietician. I have Fortisip but don't seem to be gaining weight or energy. The conflicting advice is driving me mad.

What is your liver situation because what diet you require depends on the state and stage of your liver disease and what caused it in the first place.

Moderation small regular meals. Avoid salt, sugar and fats if you can. Worrying doesn't help. Rest and walking is best.
