Does Liver tests involve a lot of care?

I have had abnormal liver tests for a long time, but the one which was done last week was so high? Is there any way I can bring my liver test done?

If there is a pattern of elevation in your liver bloods then you should be having further investigations into your liver health. They need to find out what is causing the elevations and also if any damage is happening.

I note you have rheumatoid arthritis - some of the meds used in the treatment of that can be hard on the liver.

RA is an auto immune condition and having one AI condition can mean your over active immune system may also start attacking other organs and their are a few auto immune conditions linked with the liver.

You need to find out what is causing your high liver numbers in order to start addressing the cause. Either your GP or rheumatologist maybe needs to be thinking of a potential referral to hepatology.
