Hiya guys, i have GSD (glycogen storage disease) , and have been without medical support for many years. Until recently i have coped with low BS with Lucasade or chocolate or dextro-sweets. Now my Nutritionist has prescribed me Vitaflow S.O.S. unfortunately not enough info was given and he is really hard to get hold off, and doesn't reply to emails.
My questions are:
1. Can i use one sachet in my water bottle when i exercise?? (I feel usually worn out after ½h) ?
2. Can i use ½ a dose as 'bedtime snack' to tie me over till the morning. (I normally get the munchies at 10pm and eat nuts or worse seeets.) ?
Any other advice will be greatly received!

We suggest talking this through with your own doctor or health care professional in the first instance.
If you have already been given dietary advice you should not make changes without first talking to your consultant or dietitian. If you haven’t seen a dietitian, or you have specific questions about your diet, you can ask your doctor to refer you.
