AFP Bloods

Can anyone tell me if they've had elevates AFP bloods, and if so what was the reason? Was it regeneration or tumor?

My bloods are elevated and I've been called for a CT to investigate further.

Also, does anyone with a TIPS get a hot, burning sensation just under ribcage where liver would be. I get this every now and then, with it really playing up tonight, causing a bit of back ache. 😒

Mine have been elevated a few times.. like 8-12 range.. Always came down. They said not to be overly concerned unless it starts hitting the 100's or more. I'm doing that last part from memory but it can fluctuate..

And I never had a tumor..
