What are your liver bloods indicating at present? One months sobriety (whilst excellent) is still too early to have made a difference if you in any way had liver inflammation or an enlarged liver especially if it's previously been subjected to lots of abuse due to alcohol. You'll need a good few months before your liver improves.Ideally you want some liver bloods doing and possibly a scan to see what's going on.

Keep looking after yourself and hopefully in time you will see an improvement.

If it doesn't ease you should see your doctor.

Because it takes six months to a year for things to get better. Stay away from the alcohol, eat right move around a bit and things get may get better for you like they do for many people. No guarantees of course and note that I am NOT a doctor or medical professional.
