crap day today. Sleepy as hell and all out of sorts. Managed to take the dogs out early on as I knew I’d just feel worse as the day went on. Brain fog was a 7 outa 10 so no going out today even if I wasn’t so shattered. Eventually got on my own nerves so buggered off to bed. Hope tomorrow is better. X

oh dear love.....i know some days can be really hard going....tell me about it 🙄. try and look on a positive,you took your dogs out....so well done duck. rant away. hope you manage to get some sort of sleep. take care,my best chris

Awww thanx red point. At least I managed to achieve something today. Totally agitated and can’t wait for sleep 😴 x
