It's certainly one of the possible symptoms as listed on BLT page on cirrhosis. britishlivertrust.org.uk/in...

However, lots of illnesses can cause this too.

And can you have a decompensated liver and have no nausea ?

The two major symptoms which indicate decompensated cirrhosis are ascites +/- bleeding from varices.

The symptoms of later stage cirrhosis are listed on the page I linked to.

Yes and vomiting. When we’re you diagnosed? I’m 8 years post 3 weeks in hospital with decompensated liver failure. What ever the underlying cause you need to do everything you can to help your liver. Good luck
