Petechie - brand new spots - concerned

Is steatosis and enlarged liver w brand new signs of petechie (20 spots throughout body) an ER visit? I read this is blood clothing, 2 weeks ago my platelets were 273 and normal albumin and creatinine, ast 18 alt 36. No swelling but can’t get into dr for 4 more days. Abdominal pain and very uncomfortable. I have not been diagnosed as having anything but steatosis yet. Also lower leg has been tight all day. I don’t have swollen feet. Thanks for your help.
