Ggt and alp levels raised

I was diagnosed with fnh several years ago. Iv had previous mri’s which showed my largest tumour was 10cm. This grew during my recent pregnancy but my levels went down to normal. Recent blood results show they have increased again (ggt 170 alp 199 alt 44) all of my other levels are on the boarder line high numbers. Does this fit with fnh and should anything be done?
