Thanks so much do dealing with all my questions and being worried all the time. I looked at the calendar realized it’s almost 2 years of daily drinking and I’m having symptoms and I’m putting this to an end. I’m a 39/f and this needs to stop. I finally started to taper. You guys are a great bunch of people ❤️ To take time out to explain show support

I am in the same boat, it is so very hard to quit. I still cannot. Was diagnosed with breast cancer the day after thanksgiving and I’m so scared my body/liver will not be able to withstain the chemo I’m about to begin. I cry out loud in pain from my double mastectomy and I pray I haven’t damaged my liver too much to handle this grueling chemo. Good luck to you!

Bless you much love..wow. I see you as a Lioness, where that came from (my phrase I have no idea) but you can do this. It must be so hard, I'm so sorry to hear this and really feel for you. You are a tough cookie. As Peter Kay would say be a hob nob biscuit..is that the one that you can keep dunking in your tea before it breaks, I hope you know of his sketch, if not watch it and it you see what I mean.

You need your strength for chemo..be a hob nob! We are not having any rich tea biscuits in this camp. Please watch it or tell me you've seen it, or you will think I'm barking mad. 🙃🙂😄

Keep smiling 🤗 take good care

Hi 🙂

Never too late to stop! You firstly have posted on here..Big tick and Big courage. Well done 😊

Stay as strong as you can, years left to enjoy your life. Enjoy them, too many sadly can't, I sincerely wish you the best, it's a tough road if you have Cirrhosis (that's a mild way of putting it) 'VILE' is a tiny word but is adequate.

Keep reading posts, keep up to speed with your own reports, or learn the Liver Lingo ( apologies if you already know, I have not read any of your previous posts...my bad).

Look after YOU.

Take good care 😊

Linz I've been there.... You think it's the N°1 problem solver but it's only a problem depressor. Good luck with everything...Danny x
