It means your son needs to book a routine doctor's appointment for 1 to 2 weeks time which will be a telephone conversation where the doctor will discuss the results of his recent blood tests.

I haven’t seen my GP in person since 2019, I am a transplant recipient and have routine calls on a regular basis. I also have my Heptology appointments by pre-arranged calls, following preceding blood tests.

I have attended hospital several times for blood tests, scans and knee replacement surgery.

Anything urgent that shows up is followed up immediately, so this looks like a regular appointment.

It the way things work since the arrival of Covid.

Good luck with everything.

Dear Juliebookworm1968, please remove this image as it contains personal information - ie the first name of the GP and your son's name is also not deleted properly. Best wishes
