I have just received this report of my recent Ultrasound for my liver. Any thoughts?

Report
Technically difficult scan due to excess bowel gas.
Abdomen:
The liver is normal in size and shows normal uniform homogenous echote
xture with no focal abnormality.
There is no intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary dilatation. CBD meas
ures 5.6mm.
Two to three tiny calculi are seen in the well distended gall bladder.
The pancreas appears normal with uniform homogenous echotexture. No fo
cal lesions seen.
The pancreatic duct appears normal.
Both kidneys are normal in size and shows normal cortical echoes.
Few clear cysts of 6mm to 22 mm are seen in both kidneys.
There is no calculus or calyceal dilatation. The ureters are not dilat
ed.
The spleen and abdominal aorta appear normal.
The bladder is underfilled.
Conclusion:
Small GB calculi.
Simple cysts in both kidneys.
