Hi all,

I hope that everyone is doing okay and happy New Year (if I can still get away with that).

Apologies in advance for a post on toilet stuff. I've previously had fatty liver but I've been told I don't have any other liver condition (fingers crossed). However I've been in pain in my RHS for over a year now which is really getting my down and impacting my life. They are still running diagnostics. They've also found a hiatus hernia but it shouldn't be causing me pain and I may have arthritis as well (had finger and feet swelling). I've also noticed from the start that I've had white/ yellow spots (maybe lentil size) in my stools and recently there was one with a chalky white substance (size of a 50p coin) and I was wondering if anyone had the same symptoms (liver or not liver related) and if you could share. Any insight appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Arm8

Have you changed diet lately or taking any new medication or supplements? There may be something simple as the cause, my brother had similar and it was because he was eating lots of nuts.

Have you been taking a lot of antacids like milk of Magnesia or Rennie's, etc...?

If nothing new is being digested then it is best to check with your GP

Thanks Dave for your reply. I've not been taking any meds or changed my diet so will go to the doctors again. Thanks again.
