I go in again tomorrow after 7 months of not knowing if if I have cirrhosis or not to see the hepatologist/liver specialist. The mri with elastography findings did say One side of my liver has a stiffness of 10.7 which is consistent with f4/cirrhosis but the specialist hasn’t mentioned it. I have that test again, a fibroscan, liver function blood panel and see a dietician then the hepatologist at 4pm.
What are some good questions to ask the liver specialist?
Thanks

Alright push comes to shove 🤭, sorry tired. Ask for a accurate amount of scar tissue %. Also how accurate was the fibroscan. Tell him/her that you are going to fight whatever you come across because you know it can be done (do you need my phone number 😅). What is next and the best course of action. Can my condition be tuned around (definitely) without extreme measures (transplant). Ask with confidence (let them know that you know what you are on about). You need to know for your own piece of mind, so good luck and you will be fine, I wish you all the best and try not to worry, Danny x
Really hope all goes well for you - keep pushing hey because you can do this whatever. Danny is spot on as always. Please take care and keep this forum posted on your positive progress. x
It's a journey that you don't have to do on your own.😊 There will be someone on the forum that is going/gone through the exact same and I guarantee 1,2,3 even 4,5,6 will message giving you support and guidance. 🌈Danny x
