Elevated ALT 247 and GGT 189 all other tests normal what could be the cause I don't drink ultrasound scan ok but i itch badly.

There are causes to liver inflammation besides alcohol, such as NAFLD which has diet (sugars, salt, processed food) and carrying around excess weight to blame. Definitely work with your care provider

Thank you Jay986 my care provider has scheduled an appointment with hepatologist will see how it goes.
