Hi just had this letter back from my gastro dr.
It looks like really good news!
Previous test results were Alt >200 and GGT>400 plus positive smooth muscle antibodies.
Three previous test all with similar levels.
Should I just be happy and confident all is ok? Or should I push for further tests?
Ultrasound showed minimal fat not enlarged liver or anything sinister.

Ow take that and run with it. Love your life and just be sensible eating and drinking. Celebrate your highs but don’t over indulge.I’d take it if I were able right now.

Maybe you could set a reminder so that your Fib-4 bloods are checked again in 5 years.
It may be also be a good idea to discuss the content of this letter with your GP so that you can fully discuss your concerns about your previous blood tests.
