Liver care and the pandemic

Could you share your story to help us raise awareness of late diagnosis of liver disease?

Many liver disease patients have received excellent care throughout the pandemic but, sadly, others have not.

Before the pandemic, too many cases of liver disease were diagnosed at a very late stage. We're concerned that delayed and cancelled appointments due to Covid-19 will lead to even more people being diagnosed later than they should be.

If your liver disease diagnosis was delayed due to the pandemic and you're willing to share your story on our website and social media channels, please email lois.baily@britishlivertrust.org.uk we'll be in touch. Thank you.
