I believe you asked this question yesterday. A nodular liver countour( surface) can be seen in cirrhosis. When I had my ultrasound, my reading was “mildly enlarged- “liver countour is smooth and normal in morphology”. Your doctor should tell you in more detail, what stage you’re in
