Treatment for itchy skin

I have AIH and currently have a flare up.

For the last 10 days I have had very itchy skin on my feet and I have tried Benadryl antihistamine to calm the itch but sadly this isn’t working.Has anyone got any advice on what to take to calm the itch? I can’t stop scratching.

I wondered if anyone has been through similar issues who can give me advice on how to stop my feet itching?
