Hi . I’ve been diagnosed with NASH cirrhosis with mmHg 4 . Does anyone know if it’s ok to take L Choline supplement. I’m fairly new to this site and people are being kind . I’m still in shock. Pat I’m 73

Hello again Pat. As has been said many times on this forum, it is really important not to take any suppliments which are unregulated or not prescribed by your liver specialist /doctor as many of them can cause further damage to an already struggling liver. Have a look at the advice on the livertrust website
