Unless you are on a transplant list or are tempted to actually drink it, it should not cause any major problems. It can get into your blood stream, in very small amounts.
I have been using hand sanitiser for a long time , has never caused me any harm but not medically trained
At the start of the first lockdown I was making sanitiser at home using 99.9% alcohol (was giving it free to hospital staff).Stupid me did not use any PPE while handling it and probably breathed in fumes.
My bloods went haywire!
Bloods returned to my usual "normal" when I stopped working with it.
Normal use probably ok, overuse probably not a good idea.
