Had best sleep since symptoms started but feeling weak after waking and dreamlike sensation is worse today. I have had fruit, yoghurt, bit of cheese so hoping it will settle soon. Also had Lactulose, incidentally LFTS perfect but I have insisted on scan, taking place soon. Is this brain fog?
