I won't lie - it's going to be hard after the last 2 years buit i'll manage and its in no small thanks to this communitity and ones like it.

I hope everythin is doing OK, and if not they have the courage to take some steps. Reaching out to anyone on this forum is a great start.

Brilliant to see your doing amazing in your sobriety journey Xeno keep it up im a year and a month but fell off for a few weeks so can't say I've been stone cold with it, have the best Xmas you can and may your new year be full of good things for you and many. Take care and all the best. Ashley
