This is not a question, just a vote of thanks.

I read this site regularly and am always amazed by the fellow-feeling that it creates. People are very generous in their support and advice and clearly bring reassurance and fellowship to those that need it. Contributors are not judgemental and are always ready to listen. Their vast experiences bring authority to their comments and add significantly to the professional medical advice which is the primary source of help for nearly everyone.
