Hi Markkk . There could be several reasons why your bike ride caused you to have pain in your liver area. Maybe you overdid the speed causing 'stitch' which should pass reasonably quickly. Or you went to far, bent forward for too long putting pressure on your liver. Perhaps you could adjust the height of the handlebars in relation to the height of the seat so you are sitting in a more upright position? Don't let it put you off cycling though, its great exercise, just make it more comfortable for yourself.
