CT scan liver report

Hello,

I had a CT abdomen/pelvis which came back all normal. I was hoping for more around the size/shape/fat in my liver and only received the below. Should I expect more detail or is the lack of anything bad being mentioned a good sign?

Hepatobiliary: No lesion. Normal gallbladder. No biliary dilatation. Patent portal and hepatic veins.

I would but I continue to have sharp pains in my URQ and slightly (not massively) elevated ALT and GGT - like 1-2 upper limit of normal.

They will have certain things in mind when ordering the CT scan. It appears that there is little or nothing to worry about. These are usually the standard things that they look for (as far as my experience goes) when having a CT scan for the abdomen and pelvic regions. I have had many CT scans. I don't have a fatty liver though. Size and shape of liver is usually looked at on an ultrasound.
