Liver enzymes very high

I’ve had high liver enzymes since having my gallbladder removed 6 years ago . I havd been in and out of hospital with severe upper right quadrant pain and high enzymes . Last month I was rushed in and my enzymes were 2000 I havd been referred to a heptologist from gastro and going to Birmingham for a ultra sound endoscope any one else had this ? Non smoker drinker high history of autoimmune
