High bilirubin would indicate something not quite right with your liver. Hopefully you are getting medical advice on how to proceed with this and get a proper diagnosis of the cause. No one here is qualified to offer the advice you seek and it would be wrong, and probably quite dangerous for us to do so. Indeed, its against the forum guidelines as we could be doing you more harm than good.
If you are seeking a natural means of treating this issue get the recommendations of your doctor. They will at least be able to advise you of what not to take. Many so called and alleged wonder natural cures are anything but. Indeed, some can do more harm, particular with liver disease, and milk thistle has been highlighted in that category. So proceed with caution ⚠️ and don't believe the hype.
Hope you get to the bottom of things.
Good luck.
Hello,
I am sorry to hear that you have been having rather a rough time. Kristian is absolutely right to tell you to speak to your doctors before considering taking any so-caller 'natural' product. I wonder whether you have been tested for a condition called Gilberts Syndrome ? Have a look at the link below and perhaps mention it to your doctor.
